Acne fighting masks-  One of the side effects of millennial  life is “PIMPLES” These pimples seem to suddenly pop up and never leave the way they enter. They remain for long and the more attention you pay to them (which ofcourse you are forced to) they more they stay. So much for manifestation.  Right from applying Colgate on the pimple to popping it with the hope it will leave, only to realise it now has returned bigger larger and dirtier.  So here are few DIY masks as recommended by #nikitaupadhyay in her book #rootstoradiance  Mask 1:  1 cup water  10 basil leaves  5 neem leaves  2 tablespoon fuller’S earth (Multani mitti)  A few drops of eucalyptus oil  A few drops of lavender oil  Strain and boil leaves in a cup of water  When the water cools, strain out the leaves and mix it with Multani mitti and oil.  Apply mask to face and leave it for 20 mins and rinse  Used water based serum or non oily cream post masking  Mask 2:  1/2 cup aloe Vera extract  2 tablespoons lemon water  A few drops of tea oil  Pulp of 2-3 oranges Mix aloe and orange extracts with lemon juice and tea tree oil and create natural gel mask  Apply to face and keep on for half an hour  Wash and apply best suites cream  Mask 3:  1/2 cup water  3 large betel leaves (paan) Petals of 1 rose  1 tablespoon chickpea flour (besan) 2 cotton seeds  A few drops of moringa oil Tear up betel leaves and boil them in half a cup of water and keep it aside to cool. Crush and mix desi Gulab petals with cotton seeds fine enough to add to a paste  Mix the chickpea flour and betel water and the paste (above) and add rose petals to it.  Mix well and add few drops of morning oil and apply to face for about 20-25 minutes  Please read the benefits of each ingredients and their various uses in the book ROOTS TO RADIANCE written by Nikita upadhyay.
